Easy updates
soCMS has been designed to be easy to use and has been developed by closely working with non-technical users. A help file is available within the system.
Whilst your new website is in its development state we are happy to provide telephone support for one key individual to discuss the processes outlined in the help file. This is offered as part of our service to you.
If required, additional training can be provided in a format that best suits your needs. Individual or group training can usually be arranged either on site at your office, remotley or at soVision head office where training and conference room facilities are available.
Once the site is released to a live server, ongoing telephone support will be provided using the soSupport credit system.
